Keystone Contracts are an approved provider for all aspects of disabled adaptations through Warrington Council / Local Authority. These include complete extensions for fully adapted living, so bedrooms, bathrooms / wet rooms, all access requirements e.g. lifts, ramped access walkways, door widening.
Typically we carry out single storey extensions (although we also cater for double storey and complete new builds). When projects are funded by a Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG’s) we work directly with the end client to customise the design and spec to meet their needs and style, and, where this exceeds the budget of the grant and specification we then work directly with the client to achieve their requirements.
